Due to the nature of the products sold (collectible cards, boosters, and sealed products), all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Order error (wrong product sent)
All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and must include:

Order number

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the original packaging
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Opened products

Boosters or sealed products after opening

Change of mind

Missing “hit” card in a booster
