Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold (collectible cards, boosters, and sealed products), all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Order error (wrong product sent)

All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the original packaging

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened products

  • Boosters or sealed products after opening

  • Change of mind

  • Missing “hit” card in a booster
